At Move Freely our aim is to get you ‘Moving Freely’ with an individually tailored program whilst providing you with a supportive environment that will challenge you while focusing on correct technique and postural alignment.
A 1:1 assessment is required prior to commencing clinical pilates sessions. This session allows the instructor to get to know your body both muscularly and biomechanically. Its also an opportunity to discuss your goals and allows your instructor to ensure you have the basic fundamentals of pilates.
